1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User to access yyy7 services.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and related services provided by yyy7 through its website and mobile platforms.
• "User," "Player," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses yyy7 services.

Words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. References to "days" mean calendar days unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register and use yyy7 services, you must:

1. Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
2. Be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing our services;
3. Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law;
4. Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
5. Not be listed on any self-exclusion or ban lists maintained by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities.

yyy7 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) days of request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When creating an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address;
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Create only one (1) Account per person. Multiple or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your Account with any third party;
• Notify yyy7 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or security breach.

yyy7 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) laws. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or Philippine National ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and additional documentation as reasonably requested.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are strictly prohibited from registering or using yyy7 services:

• Employees, officers, directors, contractors, or affiliates of yyy7 and their immediate family members;
• Employees or agents of game providers, payment processors, or other yyy7 service partners;
• Individuals with insider knowledge of game outcomes or operational information;
• Persons subject to gambling addiction treatment or voluntary self-exclusion programs;
• Individuals previously banned or restricted by yyy7 for violation of these Terms.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

yyy7 accepts deposits through the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT), and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos);
• Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your Account verification level and payment method;
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor;
• yyy7 does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees;
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used and have authorization to use it for online gambling transactions.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your yyy7 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 (Five Hundred Philippine Pesos);
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and verified through KYC procedures;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within fifteen (15) minutes to seventy-two (72) hours, depending on the payment method and verification requirements;
• yyy7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals;
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal;
• Anti-money laundering protocols require that deposits be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on yyy7 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit in a foreign currency or cryptocurrency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by yyy7's payment processor at the time of transaction. Conversion rates are not guaranteed and may fluctuate.

3.4 Transaction Disputes

Any disputes regarding deposits, withdrawals, or other financial transactions must be reported to yyy7 customer support within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. After this period, yyy7 reserves the right to consider the transaction final and binding. Supporting documentation may be required to investigate and resolve disputes.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All Users must engage in fair play and are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage;
• Colluding or conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any other form of advantage play deemed unfair by yyy7;
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to conceal location or identity;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code of yyy7 games or software;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment reversals, or identity theft.

Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. yyy7 cooperates with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity.

4.2 Game Rules and Outcomes

Each game available on yyy7 is governed by specific rules accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these rules before placing wagers. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested by accredited third-party auditors. yyy7 does not influence or control game outcomes.

4.3 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

yyy7 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited activity;
• Obvious technical errors or palpable mistakes in odds or game display;
• Wagers placed after an event or game has concluded;
• Exceeding maximum bet limits or risk management thresholds.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, yyy7's server logs and transaction records shall be deemed authoritative and final. Players may request manual review of disputed outcomes by contacting customer support within twenty-four (24) hours of the game conclusion.

4.4 Maximum Payouts

yyy7 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, game sessions, or daily/weekly/monthly periods. These limits may vary by game type and are displayed within the relevant game interface. Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own specific maximum payout terms.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use yyy7 services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of yyy7 services;
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools;
• Frame or mirror any content without express written permission;

Unauthorized use of yyy7 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

yyy7 collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing.

We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure database storage, and regular security audits. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting our Data Protection Officer. Requests will be processed within thirty (30) days in compliance with applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

9.1 Service Availability

yyy7 services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily disrupt service availability.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, yyy7, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Business interruption;
• Personal injury or emotional distress;
• Claims by third parties.

In no event shall yyy7's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

yyy7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, internet service provider failures, power outages, or hacking attacks.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within ninety (90) days. Any unclaimed funds after this period may be forfeited or remitted to PAGCOR as required by law.

10.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

yyy7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or wagers) for more than twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Required verification documents are not provided within specified timeframes;
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or regulatory authority.

In cases of Account closure for violation of Terms, yyy7 reserves the right to void all wagers, forfeit Account balances, and retain funds to offset any damages or liabilities incurred.

10.3 Inactive Account Fees

Accounts with a balance that remain inactive (no login or wagers) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ₱500 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Complaint Procedures

If you have a complaint regarding yyy7 services, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team. Complaints should be submitted in writing (via email or live chat) with a detailed description of the issue, relevant Account information, and supporting documentation.

yyy7 will investigate all complaints within seven (7) business days and provide a written response. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Customer Relations Management Department.

11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of yyy7 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.3 Arbitration

At yyy7's sole discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

12. Amendments and Communication

12.1 Modification of Terms

yyy7 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email, on-site notification, or prominent posting on our website. Continued use of yyy7 services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must immediately cease using our services and close your Account.

12.2 Communications

By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from yyy7 via email, SMS, push notifications, and other electronic means. These communications may include transactional messages (deposits, withdrawals, login alerts), promotional offers, and service updates.

You may opt out of marketing communications by adjusting your Account preferences or following the unsubscribe instructions in promotional messages. However, you cannot opt out of essential service communications required for Account operation and security.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and yyy7 regarding use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
